Me <3.JPG

Hi! I’m Rebecca Fowler. I live and work in so-called Southern California on the unceded ancestral lands of the Kizh, Cahuilla, and Payómkawichum peoples. I am a corporate leader, a teacher, a mentor, a coach, a partner, a mom, a daughter, sister, a friend, a gardener, and a healer. I specialize in helping people move through difficult transitions of all kinds, including job changes, relationship changes, loss and grief, and other personal life transitions. I am grateful beyond measure for my relationships, my work, and my life. I look forward to working with you!

About me...

Through consultation and training, I enjoy helping leaders remove obstacles from achieving the collective potential of organizations by aligning their people toward a unified purpose. As a coach and teacher, my passion is helping people get to know and become their favorite selves, in life, in love, in leadership, and in service. I help people find the authentic truth within that deepens self-awareness, understanding, and compassion.

Whether we think of it as alignment, enlightenment, heaven, love, joy, nirvana, or any of the many other expressions of spiritual transcendence, I’m devoted to exploring what it means to achieve empowerment, happiness, and fulfillment in life. We are all sovereign beings, and we can all choose our own path. My work is rooted in deep love and compassion for all beings in an infinite web of connections, honor and respect for the land and its restoration to its peoples, and my awe of the great power of the human psyche. I am an activist, antiracist, anti-facist, and anti-empire, and an ally of the LGBTQIA community. I have been walking my own labyrinthine meditative and spiritual path as a practitioner, mentor, and teacher for more than 20 years.

I graduated from UCLA with a BA in Literature and a minor in Psychology. In 2016 I achieved my MS in Psychology with an emphasis on Leadership, Coaching, and Development. I have worked in the corporate world for 24 years and have amassed over 20 years of experience in business operations management, leadership and coaching.

I consider it a privilege and honor to share this journey with you for a time.

When I think about the human story I want to be a part of, I envision living in a world where people have the freedom and resources to spend their lives in pursuit of their highest and truest expressions.

Helping people know and achieve their best selves is my life’s purpose. It is my meaningful work. It surrounds me with relationships that give me energy. It resonates with my beliefs, and brings me peace.

I work every day to confront my difficult truths, maintain the discipline to hold myself accountable to my commitments, the humility to reflect, and the courage to recommit.

Love - Service - Trust - Wisdom - Humility

These are the personal values that keep me focused, fulfilled, and anchored in my best self, where I can act from the powerful position of being fully committed to my choices. Being at our best is not about peak performance, so much as it is about our most aligned and purposeful action in any given situation - the one we believe will bring us closer to the life and the world we want to manifest.
